
MCTS and MCITP Enterprise Desktop Administrator with Windows 7 Desktop Support
The Enterprise Desktop Administrator training has been
designed to give students 2 qualifications at the same time. On completion of
the course they will be awarded the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) & Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP). Both qualifications are globally recognised IT certifications and will ensure your CV stands out from the rest.
The course will begin by covering the MCTS Windows 7 study
units which see you gain the skills to deliver the optimum Windows 7 operating
system performance for end users. Develop the skills needed to configure,
install and manage network security and applications.
As you move on to the MCITP section of the course you will
progress forward to undertake the more complex aspects of Windows 7. This will
include managing larger environments running on Windows 7, maintaining Windows
7 Clients and deployment services.

Study Details
There are a total of 15 study modules spread over 6 books on the Windows 7 Desktop Support course. As you work your way through the study units you will complete a total of 26 assignments. Your completed assignments will be sent to your personal tutor for assessment. This enables your tutor to ensure you are making good progress and allows them to provide you with feedback.
Once you have completed all of your course materials you will be required to sit 2 exams. The exams will be sat at a test centre approximate to your location.
We anticipate that it will take the average student approximately 240 hours to complete the course.
